Divine Guidance for Judges

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught that those who seek to be appointed as judges should be aware of the responsibility they are taking on, and those who are forced into the position will receive divine guidance.

It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah said: "Whoever asks to be appointed a judge, will be entrusted to himself, but "Whoever asks to be appointed a judge, will be entrusted to himself, but whoever is forced to accept position, an angel will come down to him and guide him'. "
