Fair Judgement and its Consequences

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) warned that judges who do not judge fairly will be punished severely on the Day of Resurrection.

It was narrated that 'Abdullah said: "The Messenger of Allah said: "There is no judge who judges between the people but on the Day of Resurrection an angel will come and take hold of the back of his head towards the sky and if it said: "Throw him, "he will throw into an abyss the depth of forty autumns (years)'. "

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of justice and fairness when judging between people. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) warned that any judge who does not judge fairly will be punished severely on the Day of Resurrection. On this day, an angel will come to take hold of the back of their head towards the sky, and if it says "Throw him," they will be thrown into an abyss with a depth equal to forty years. This hadith serves as a reminder for all judges to make sure they are fair in their judgements, as Allah is watching them and knows what is in their hearts. It also teaches us that we should always strive for justice in our dealings with others, as Allah rewards those who are just and punishes those who are unjust.
