QUICK LESSONS:
Do not support wrongdoing and do not take anyones' side in a dispute if they are doing something unjust or immoral.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about not taking the wrongdoer's side in a dispute or supporting wrongdoing. It was narrated by Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah said that whoever takes the wrongdoer's side in a dispute or supports wrongdoing will remain subject to the wrath of Allah until he gives it up. This means that if someone chooses to support someone who has done something wrong and unjust then they will be punished by God for their actions. It is important for us to remember this and make sure we are always on the right side when it comes to disputes and justice. We should never take sides with those who have done something wrong as this could lead us into trouble with God.
