Be truthful in your words & deeds

This hadith speaks to the importance of truthfulness and honesty in our words and actions. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was asked which people are the best, to which he replied that his own generation is the best, followed by those who come after them. He then warned of a future generation whose testimony will precede their oaths and vice versa - meaning they will lie before swearing an oath on it. This hadith serves as a reminder for us to be honest in our words and deeds at all times, as this is what makes us truly great in Allah's eyes. We should strive to be truthful even when it may not be convenient or easy for us - this is how we can become better Muslims each day!
