Seeking Refuge from Fire During Tawaf

SUMMARY: This hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) performing Tawaf around the Ka'bah and seeking refuge from the fire.

'Amr bin Shu’aib narrated from his father that his grandfather said: "I performed Tawaf with 'Abdullah bin 'Amr, and when we had finished seven (circuits), we prayed two Rak’ah at the back of the Ka’bah. I said: 'Why do you not seek refuge with Allah from the Fire?’ He said: 'I seek refuge with Allah from the fire.’ Then he went and touched the Corner, then he stood between the (Black) Stone and the door (of the Ka’bah) and clung with his chest, hands and cheek against it. Then he said: 'I saw the Messenger of Allah do this.’"
