Recite "Bismillahil ladhi La Yadurru Maa Ismihi Shayun Fil Ardi Wa La Fissamae Wa Huwas Samie Ul Aleem" three times every morning and evening for protection against any harm on earth or in heaven .

This hadith explains the power of reciting a special phrase, “Bismillahil-ladhi la yadurru ma’a ismihi shay’un fil-ardi wa la fis sama’i wa Huwas Sami’ul Alim” three times in the morning and evening. It was narrated by Uthman bin 'Affan that he heard Prophet Muhammad say that anyone who says this phrase will be protected from any harm on earth or in heaven. Aban, one of the narrators, was stricken with paralysis on one side of his body but he still believed in this hadith even though he did not recite it that day so Allah's decree could be implemented. This hadith teaches us to have faith and trust in Allah's plan for us no matter what happens to us.
