Remember your place in the universe; Respect God's authority; Acknowledge His superiority over all things; Avoid arrogance at all costs

This hadith is a warning from Allah to not compete with Him in terms of pride and greatness. Pride is an excessive feeling of self-importance, while greatness refers to having a high status or power. Both of these qualities are exclusive to Allah alone, so it would be wrong for anyone else to try and compete with Him in this regard. If someone does attempt this, they will be thrown into Hell as punishment for their arrogance. This hadith teaches us that we should always remember that no matter how powerful or important we may feel, there will always be something greater than us - namely God Himself - so we should never forget our place in the grand scheme of things.
