The Modesty of the Prophet Muhammad

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad was very modest and his emotions were easily seen on his face.

It was narrated that Abu Sa’eed Al-Khudri said: "The Messenger of Allah was more modest than a virgin in her chamber. If he disliked something, that could be seen in his face".

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith speaks about the modesty of the Prophet Muhammad. He was so modest that he was even more modest than a virgin in her chamber. This means that he would not do anything that could be considered inappropriate or embarrassing in any way. Additionally, it is mentioned that if he disliked something it could be seen on his face. This shows how transparent and honest the Prophet Muhammad was with his emotions and feelings; they were never hidden or kept secret from anyone else. His honesty and transparency are values to strive for in our own lives as well.
