The Most Beloved of Allah's Messenger

SUMMARY: The people of the Quraish tribe were worried about a Makhzumiya woman and suggested that Usama bin Zaid should be the one to speak to the Prophet (ﷺ) as he was most beloved to him.

Narrated 'Aisha: The people of the Quraish tribe were worried about the Makhzumiya woman. They said".Nobody dare speak to him (ie the Prophet ) except Usama bin Zaid as he is the most beloved to Allah's Messenger ".
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، رضى الله عنها أَنَّ قُرَيْشًا، أَهَمَّهُمْ شَأْنُ الْمَخْزُومِيَّةِ، فَقَالُوا مَنْ يَجْتَرِئُ عَلَيْهِ إِلاَّ أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، حِبُّ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ‏.‏
