QUICK LESSONS:
Follow sunnah teachings of Prophet Muhammad

EXPLANATIONS:
According to the hadith narrated by Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her), the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was known to use his right hand for performing wudu and eating food. He would use his left hand for other activities such as going to the toilet or similar tasks. This is an example of a sunnah that Muslims can follow in their daily lives. Sunnah refers to the teachings of Prophet Muhammad which are not compulsory but are highly recommended as they help us lead a life closer to what he taught us. It is important that we try our best to follow these teachings in order to gain rewards from Allah SWT in this world and hereafter.
