Try to emulate the Prophet's habits in all aspects of life. Be mindful and intentional with your actions at all times.

The hadith narrated by Abu Qatadah tells us about the habits of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ when he was travelling. He would lie down on his right side, facing towards the east, and then raise his forearm before dawn. This is an example of how we should strive to emulate our beloved prophet in all aspects of our lives, even in something as small as sleeping habits. We should also remember that this is a sign of respect for Allah and His Messenger ﷺ, as it shows that we are trying to follow their example in all aspects of life. Furthermore, this hadith also serves as a reminder for us to be mindful of our actions at all times; even something seemingly insignificant like sleeping can have spiritual implications if done with intentionality and mindfulness.
