Remember to praise and thank God for all His blessings no matter what situation you are in or where you are going. Express your love for Him through words of praise and thanksgiving.

This hadith is about praising Allah through words. When the companions of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) were ascending a height, they would proclaim “Allahu Akbar” which means “Allah is the Greatest”. Similarly, when they were descending from a height, they would proclaim “Subhan Allah” which means “Allah is free from imperfection”. Through this hadith, we learn that we should always remember to praise and thank God for all His blessings no matter what situation we are in or where we are going. We should also remember to show our gratitude for all the good things He has given us by expressing our love for Him through words of praise and thanksgiving.
