The Best Deeds

SUMMARY: The best deed is to have faith in Allah and His Messenger, followed by Jihad in the cause of Allah, and then Hajj Mabrur.

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah was asked, "Which deed is the best?" He replied, "Faith in Allah and His Messenger". He was asked, "What is next?" He replied, "Jihad (holy fighting) in the Cause of Allah". Then he was asked: "What is after that (in goodness)?" He replied, "Hajj Mabrur (which is accepted by Allah)". Al-Bukhari and Muslim.

Lastly, it mentions that performing a Hajj Mabrur which is accepted by Allah is also an important deed. A Hajj Mabrur means performing hajj without any wrongdoings or sins during it. All these deeds are important for Muslims as they help them stay on the right path and gain rewards from God Almighty.
