This hadith is about the importance of reciting certain phrases before going to bed. The Prophet Muhammad instructed his son-in-law Ali and daughter Fatimah to recite “Takbir” thirty three times, “Tasbih” thirty three times, and “Tahmid” thirty three times. Takbir means glorifying Allah by saying "Allahu Akbar" which translates to "God is the Greatest". Tasbih means praising Allah by saying "Subhan-Allah" which translates to "Glory be to God". Tahmid means thanking Allah by saying "Alhamdulillah" which translates as "Praise be to God". By reciting these phrases before sleeping, one can remember the greatness of God and thank Him for all His blessings.
