EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of self restraint. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) promised Paradise to those who protect their tongues and private parts. This means that we should not speak ill of others or engage in any immoral activities such as adultery or fornication. We should also guard our tongues from gossiping and backbiting as these are sins that can lead us away from the path of righteousness. By controlling our speech and actions, we can ensure that we stay on the right path and earn Allah's pleasure which will ultimately lead us to paradise in the hereafter.
