The Unbecoming of a Righteous Muslim

SUMMARY: It is not appropriate for a righteous Muslim to frequently curse others.

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah said: "It does not befit a Siddiq (righteous Muslim) to frequently curse others". Muslim
وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله قال‏:‏ ‏ "‏لا ينبغي لصدِّيق أن يكون لعانًا‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه مسلم‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏

This hadith also reminds us that as Muslims we should always strive to be kind and compassionate towards one another no matter what the situation may be. We should never forget that Allah is watching over all of our actions and will reward those who show kindness and mercy towards others.
