Prohibiting the Practice of Najsh

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) prohibited the practice of Najsh.

Ibn 'Umar (May Allah be pleased with them) said: The Messenger of Allah prohibited the practice of Najsh. Al-Bukhari and Muslim.
وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما، أن النبي نهى عن النَجَش، ‏(‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught us to stay away from certain practices that are not beneficial for our spiritual and physical wellbeing. One such practice is known as ‘Najsh’ which was prohibited by the Prophet. This hadith serves as a reminder to us that we should always strive to do what is right and beneficial for ourselves and others in accordance with Islamic teachings. We should also stay away from any practices that are not approved by Allah or His Messenger.
