EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks to the importance of moderation in our religious practices. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was known for his moderate length of prayer and khutbah. He did not over-exert himself or take on more than he could handle; instead, he practiced moderation in all aspects of life. This hadith serves as a reminder that we should strive to practice moderation in our own lives as well. We should not overexert ourselves or take on too much at once; instead, we should strive to find balance between our spiritual and worldly obligations so that we can live a life full of peace and contentment.
