QUICK LESSONS:
Respect property rights and stay away from unlawful activities such as taking something that does not belong to you.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the punishment for those who unlawfully take land from others. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said that on the Day of Judgment, anyone who has taken even a small amount of land without permission will have to wear a collar seven times larger than what they took. This means that if someone takes one hand span, they will have to wear a collar seven hand spans in size. This is an example of how Allah punishes people for their wrongdoings and it serves as an important reminder to stay away from any kind of unlawful activities such as taking something that does not belong to you.
