QUICK LESSONS:
Think carefully about our actions and how they might affect those around us before we take them; Strive to act in ways that are beneficial for everyone involved; Respect other's autonomy; Put other's needs before our own desires .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks of the importance of refraining from doing something one wishes to do, in order for others not to feel obligated or forced into following the same action. This is a lesson in humility and selflessness, as it shows that even though the Prophet Muhammad was a leader and role model for many people, he still put their needs before his own desires. He did this out of respect for them and their autonomy as individuals. It also teaches us that we should think carefully about our actions and how they might affect those around us before we take them. We should always strive to act in ways that are beneficial for everyone involved, rather than just ourselves.
