This hadith is about the importance of having faith in Allah and testifying that there is no true god except Him. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ instructed Abu Huraira to give glad tidings of paradise or Jannah to anyone who testifies 'La ilaha illallah', which means there is no true god except Allah, with certainty and wholeheartedly.
