Control your emotions; Think before you act; Strive for self-control; Remain calm and collected when faced with difficult situations

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith from the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ teaches us that true strength does not come from physical power, but rather from our ability to control ourselves in moments of anger. It is easy to become angry and lash out at those around us, but it takes real courage and strength to remain calm and collected when faced with difficult situations. By controlling our emotions we can make better decisions and be more productive in our lives. This hadith also encourages us to think before we act, as it reminds us that the consequences of our actions can have far reaching effects on those around us. We should strive for self-control so that we can be strong even when faced with adversity or difficult circumstances.
