QUICK LESSONS:
Be generous even in moments of anger; Be mindful of your actions; Do good deeds for those around you; Don't let your emotions get in the way.
EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Ali ibn Abi Talib tells us about an incident where the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) gifted him a silk suit. When he noticed that the Prophet was angry, Ali decided to cut up the suit and distribute it among his female family members as an act of generosity. This teaches us that even in moments of anger, we should still be generous and kind to others. We should not let our emotions get in the way of doing good deeds for those around us. Furthermore, this hadith also shows us how important it is to be mindful of our actions so as not to displease Allah or His Messenger ﷺ.
