Abstain from consuming intoxicating substances

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that it is forbidden to consume alcoholic drinks made from raisins, dates, unripe dates and fresh ripe dates. This prohibition applies to all types of alcohol regardless of its source or form. It is important for us to remember this teaching as it helps us stay away from any kind of intoxicating substances which can be harmful for our health and wellbeing. We should also strive to teach our children about this prohibition so that they can grow up with a strong understanding of the importance of avoiding such substances.
