EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of reciting the Quran in mosques. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was pleased when he heard someone reciting from it and it reminded him of a verse that he had missed. This shows us how important it is to recite from the Quran and how much we can benefit from doing so. It also teaches us to be mindful of our surroundings when we are in mosques as they are places for worship and remembrance of Allah SWT. Furthermore, this hadith encourages us to take advantage of our time spent in mosques by engaging with Allah's words through recitation or other forms of worship such as prayer or dhikr.

The Prophet ﷺ also taught us that if we miss something while reading or listening to verses from the Quran then we should not be disheartened but instead seek out what we have missed so that our understanding may become complete. We should strive to learn more about Islam by reading books on Islamic topics or attending classes at local masajids so that our knowledge may increase and benefit ourselves as well as those around us.
