EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the consequences of tale-bearing. It is reported from Hudhaifa that news reached him (the Holy Prophet) that a certain man carried tales. Upon this, Hudhaifa remarked that he heard Allah's Messenger saying that the tale-bearer shall not enter Paradise. This means that if someone carries tales and gossips about others, they will not be allowed to enter Paradise in the afterlife. This hadith teaches us to be careful with our words and think twice before we speak ill of others or spread rumors about them as it can have serious consequences in both this life and the next life. We should strive to always speak positively and truthfully about others, even if we don't like them or agree with their actions or beliefs.
