Acknowledge your mistakes , Seek forgiveness from Allah .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the Prophet's practice of performing two prostrations of forgetfulness after speaking. It was narrated from 'Abdullah that the Prophet said the salam and then spoke before performing two prostrations. This is a reminder to us that we should not be too proud to admit our mistakes and ask for forgiveness when we make them. We should also strive to remember Allah in all our actions and words so that we can avoid making mistakes in the first place. The lesson here is that even if you make a mistake or forget something, it's important to acknowledge it and seek forgiveness from Allah for it.
