QUICK LESSONS:
Be mindful and aware during prayers; Correct mistakes by making two prostrations; Worship properly.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad's practice of performing two prostrations after saying the salam in prayer. This is known as Sajdat al-Sahw, or the prostration of forgetfulness. It is done when one has made a mistake during their prayer, such as forgetting to recite a verse or making an incorrect movement. The Prophet Muhammad taught us that it is important to make these prostrations even if we have made a mistake in our prayer, so that we can correct our mistakes and continue with our worship properly. He also taught us that it is important to be mindful and aware during our prayers so that we do not make any mistakes in the first place.
