It was narrated from 'Ata that he narrated that someone who heard him said that 'Abdullah bin 'Amr bin AL-As said: "The Messenger of Allah said: 'The one who fasts every day of his life has neither fasted, nor broken the fast"'. 'Ata said: "someone who heard him told me that Ibn 'Umar (said) that the Prophet said: 'Whoever fasts every day of his life, then he has not fasted".
The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) also encouraged us to take breaks from religious activities such as fasting in order to rest and recharge ourselves spiritually, mentally, and physically. This hadith reminds us that it is important for us to take breaks from religious activities such as fasting in order for us to remain healthy both physically and spiritually.
Overall, this hadith encourages moderation when it comes to religious practices such as fasting so that we can maintain a balance between our spiritual lives and worldly lives while still being able to benefit from the rewards associated with these acts of worship.
