QUICK LESSONS:
Take regular breaks from fasting so as not to overburden oneself with too much religious obligation.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the limits of fasting. It was narrated by Abdullah bin 'Amr bin Al-As and Ibn 'Umar, who reported that the Prophet heard that someone was fasting continuously and said that there is no fast for one who fats continually. This means that it is not necessary to fast every day, as this would be too difficult for a person to do without taking breaks in between. Instead, it is better to take regular breaks from fasting so as not to overburden oneself with too much religious obligation. Additionally, this hadith teaches us the importance of moderation in our religious practices; we should strive for balance rather than extremes when it comes to fulfilling our obligations towards Allah SWT.
