EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the commandments given by the Prophet Muhammad to his companion Abu Huraira. He was instructed to pray two Rakahs of Duah, not sleep until after praying Witr and fast three days every month. Duah is a form of prayer in which one asks Allah for something they need or want. Salat is an obligatory prayer that Muslims must perform five times a day at specific times throughout the day. Witr is an additional prayer that can be performed at night after Isha prayers and before sleeping. Sawm is fasting during Ramadan as well as other optional fasting throughout the year on certain days or for certain periods of time. These are all important practices in Islam that help Muslims stay connected with Allah and grow spiritually closer to Him through worshiping Him alone and seeking His guidance in all matters.
