Give away your wealth generously if you can afford it. Help those who are in need. Be mindful with your wealth so you don't become poor yourself.

This hadith is about charity and its obligation on grains and dates. According to this hadith narrated by Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri from the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , charity is only obligatory when the amount of grains or dates reaches five Awauq or five Dhawd. This means that if someone has less than five Awauq or less than five Dhawd then they are not obligated to give charity for it. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that we should be generous with our wealth and help those in need but also be mindful of how much we give away in charity so that we do not become poor ourselves.
