It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah said: "The injuries caused by the best are without liability, and wells are without liability, and mines are without liability, and the Khumus is due on Rikaz".

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith teaches us about the liability of injuries caused by the best, wells, and mines. The Prophet Muhammad PBUH said that no one is liable for any injuries caused by these things. He also said that Khumus is due on Rikaz which means a fifth part of something should be given to charity when it is found or dug up from the ground. This hadith teaches us to be generous with our wealth and not to keep it all for ourselves but rather share it with those in need. It also reminds us to be careful when using tools such as wells or mines so we don't cause harm or injury to anyone else.
