QUICK LESSONS:
Give charity even if it is only half a date; Be mindful and conscious about our actions; Strive to protect ourselves from punishment of Hellfire
EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that we should always strive to protect ourselves from the punishment of Hellfire, even if it is with something as small as half a date. This hadith emphasizes the importance of charity and giving in Islam, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem. Even if one cannot give much in terms of money or material possessions, they can still give something like half a date which can be seen as an act of kindness and generosity towards others. This hadith also serves as a reminder for us to be mindful and conscious about our actions so that we do not end up in Hellfire due to our negligence or lack of effort.
