Think twice before taking any action; Follow commands of God; Take responsibility for your actions; Be careful when making decisions .

This hadith is about a man who declared Zihar on his wife, which is a form of divorce in Islam. He then had intercourse with her before offering the expiation for it. When he told this to the Prophet, he asked him why he did that and advised him not to approach her until he has done what Allah commanded. This teaches us that we should be careful when making decisions and think twice before taking any action as it can have serious consequences if we do not follow what Allah has commanded us to do.
