EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith emphasizes the importance of being calm and composed when passing judgement on an issue or between two disputing parties. It was narrated by 'Abdullah bin Abi Bakrah, who was a governor in Sijistan, that Abu Bakrah wrote to him saying that he heard the Prophet Muhammad [SAW] say that no one should pass two judgments on one issue and no one should pass judgment between two disputing parties while he is angry. This hadith teaches us that it is important to remain level-headed and impartial when making decisions as anger can cloud our judgement and lead us to make wrong decisions. We must strive to be patient and take a step back before making any decision so we can think clearly without any bias or prejudice.
