QUICK LESSONS:
Seek protection through supplication . Be mindful about one's actions and behavior towards others .

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us to seek refuge in Allah from negative traits such as laziness, old age, cowardice and miserliness. He also taught us to seek refuge from two other things that are not within our control - the tribulation of Dajjal and the torment of grave. The Prophet ﷺ showed us how to make supplications to Allah for protection against these things. By doing so we can protect ourselves from any harm or danger that may come our way due to these negative traits or external factors beyond our control.
