EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about how Prophet Muhammad used to seek refuge with Allah from three things; the torment of hell, the torment of grave and Al-Masihid-Dajjal. The Prophet was teaching us that we should always turn to Allah for protection and safety in times of difficulty. He also taught us that we should be aware of these three things so that we can protect ourselves from them. We must remember that Allah is our protector and He will always be there for us when we need Him most. We must also remember to stay away from evil deeds as they can lead us towards these three things which are very dangerous for our souls.
