QUICK LESSONS:
Seek help & protection only from Allah , Ask for forgiveness & guidance , Prepare oneself against potential dangers & harms in future .

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by 'Aishah speaks about seeking refuge from Allah, the Almighty. The Prophet Muhammad [SAW] used to say a prayer asking for protection from the evil of what he had done and also from the evil of what he had not yet done. This teaches us that we should always seek refuge in Allah, no matter how small or big our deeds are. We should always ask for His protection and guidance so that we can stay away from any kind of harm or danger. It is important to remember that even if we have not committed any wrongdoings, there is still a possibility that something bad might happen in future, so it is better to be prepared beforehand by seeking refuge in Him.

The Prophet Muhammad [SAW] was an example for us all and his teachings are meant to guide us on how to live our lives according to Islam. He taught us that it is important to seek help and protection only from Allah as He alone can protect us against all kinds of harm or danger. We should never forget this lesson as it will help keep us safe both physically and spiritually throughout our lives.
