EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) practice of supplicating to Allah. It is narrated by Anas ibn Malik that he saw the Messenger of Allah praying in a particular manner - with both his palms and their backs facing upwards. This shows us how important it is for us to pray and make du'a to our Lord, as this was something that even the Prophet himself did regularly. We should strive to make du'a every day, as it is one of the most powerful forms of worship we can do for our Creator. Furthermore, we should be mindful when making du'a and ensure that we are sincere in our intentions when asking for something from Him.
