Blessing of the Prophet ﷺ

SUMMARY: The Prophet ﷺ blessed a woman and her husband when she asked him to.

Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah: A woman said to the Prophet : Invoke blessing on me as well as on my husband. The Prophet said: May Allah send blessing on you and your husband.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ نُبَيْحٍ الْعَنَزِيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةً، قَالَتْ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلِّ عَلَىَّ وَعَلَى زَوْجِي ‏.‏ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ‏ "‏ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْكِ وَعَلَى زَوْجِكِ

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the blessing of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. A woman asked him to invoke blessings on her and her husband. The Prophet ﷺ responded by saying “May Allah send blessing on you and your husband”. This hadith teaches us that we should ask for blessings from Allah for ourselves and our loved ones. It also shows us how kind and generous the Prophet ﷺ was in responding to people’s requests with kindness and compassion. We should strive to emulate his example in our own lives by being generous with our time, energy, resources, and love towards others.
