QUICK LESSONS:
Seek refuge in Allah through supplications ; be mindful about one's thoughts and actions ; do good deeds .

EXPLANATIONS:
In this hadith, the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us a supplication or du'a to recite in order to seek refuge from Allah from the evil of our thoughts, words, and actions. He said that we should say "O Allah, I seek refuge in Thee from the evil of what I hear, from the evil of what I see, from the evil of what I speak, from the evil of what I think and from the evil of my semen". This means that we should ask Allah for protection against any bad or wrong things that we may hear or see around us as well as any bad thoughts or words that come out of our mouths. We should also ask for protection against any wrong desires or passions that may arise within ourselves. By doing this supplication regularly it will help protect us against Shaytan's influence and lead us towards doing good deeds instead.
