Sunan Abi Dawud 2019 (Book 11, Hadith 299) #22310
Sharing Resources Fairly

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) advised against building a house or a building to shade him from the sun, as it should be used by whoever reaches there first.

Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin: I said: Messenger of Allah, should we not build a house or a building which shades you from the sun? He replied: No, it is a place for the one who reaches there earlier.

QUICK LESSONS:
Share resources fairly and equally with others who need them.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of sharing resources fairly and equally. The Prophet Muhammad was asked if they should build a house or structure to shade him from the sun, but he replied that it should be used by whoever reaches there first. This teaches us that resources should not be monopolized and instead shared with others who need them. It also teaches us that we must prioritize fairness and equality when distributing resources among people. We must ensure that everyone has access to what they need in order for society to function properly and for everyone's needs to be met.
