EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith explains that if a slave marries without the permission of his master, it is considered fornication. This means that marriage should not be entered into without the approval of one's master or guardian. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was emphasizing the importance of seeking permission before entering into any kind of contract or agreement. He was also teaching us to respect our masters and guardians and to seek their advice in matters such as marriage. This hadith also teaches us about responsibility and accountability; we must take responsibility for our actions and be accountable to those who have authority over us.
