EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is teaching us about the etiquette of eating. It is important to be mindful of how we eat and the manners that come along with it. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that when we are done eating, we should not wipe our hands with a handkerchief until we have licked them or given them to someone else to lick. This teaches us that even in small things like wiping our hands after meals, there is an etiquette and mannerism that must be followed. We must always remember the teachings of the Prophet ﷺ and strive to follow them in all aspects of life.
