Take initiative in learning new things and teaching them to others so that knowledge can be spread throughout society.

This hadith highlights the importance of education and skill sharing in Islam. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was encouraging Ash-Shifa bint Abdullah to teach Hafsah a spell for skin eruptions. This shows that even small skills can be beneficial and should be shared with others. It also demonstrates the importance of teaching others what we know as it is a form of charity in Islam.
