Seek help from Allah , Turn towards Him in times of difficulty , Ask for protection against all forms of harm .

This hadith narrates the story of when Jibril, an angel, came to the Prophet Muhammad and asked if he was suffering. The Prophet replied yes, so Jibril then recited a prayer over him for healing. This prayer was done in the name of Allah and it was meant to protect him from any evil or harm that may have been caused by people or an evil eye. This hadith teaches us that we should always turn to Allah in times of difficulty and ask Him for help as He is our only source of true healing.
