Charity Over Inheritance

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) declared that none of his heirs will inherit any money from him, except for the adequate support of his wives and wages of his employees.

Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Messenger said, "My heirs will not inherit a Dinar or a Dirham (ie money), for whatever I leave (excluding the adequate support of my wives and the wages of my employees) is given in charity".

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of charity over inheritance. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) declared that none of his heirs will inherit any money from him, except for the adequate support of his wives and wages of his employees. This hadith teaches us to prioritize charity over inheritance when it comes to our wealth and possessions. It also shows us how generous and kind-hearted the Prophet was towards those who were dependent on him, such as his wives and employees. We can learn from this hadith that we should always strive to help those in need with whatever resources we have available, even if it means sacrificing our own wealth or possessions. Furthermore, this hadith also serves as a reminder to us all that no matter how much wealth or possessions we may have in life, they are not ours forever; rather they are only temporary blessings which must eventually be given away in charity or passed on through inheritance after our death.
