QUICK LESSONS:
Seek help from God when faced with difficulty or hardship; Do good deeds throughout one's life; Be humble despite greatness; Turn towards God for protection

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Anas bin Malik speaks of the Prophet's practice of seeking refuge with Allah from various difficulties in life. He would ask for protection from helplessness, laziness, cowardice, feeble old age, afflictions of life and death as well as punishment in the grave. This hadith teaches us that we should always turn to Allah for help when faced with any difficulty or hardship. We should also remember that our actions will be judged after death so we must strive to do good deeds throughout our lives. It is important to note that even though the Prophet was a great man who was beloved by Allah, he still sought refuge with Him just like any other person would do. This shows us how humble he was despite his greatness and it serves as an example for us all to follow in our own lives.
