QUICK LESSONS:
Offer help in other ways such as providing advice or helping with tasks that require physical strength when one cannot give away money or physical strength as charity .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith, narrated by Abu Hurairah, speaks about the permissibility of charity. It states that charity is not allowed for those who are wealthy or strong and healthy. This means that if someone has enough money to support themselves, they should not give away their wealth as charity. Similarly, if someone is physically fit and able-bodied, they should not give away their strength as charity either. Instead, these people should use their resources to help others in other ways such as providing advice or helping with tasks that require physical strength. The main idea behind this hadith is that everyone has something to offer in terms of helping others; it does not necessarily have to be money or physical strength but can also be knowledge or skills which can benefit others in need.
